Our Medieval Single Hand Sword is an Oakeshott type XII sword from the 13th to 14th centuries. The Blunted Blade is made from hardened spring steel with a full tang construction. The tang is peened onto the forged pommel. The hilt has a leather covered hardwood grip and forged hand guard. The tip of the sword blade is rounded.
This sword is perfectly balanced and tempered to a 50 HRC.
