Irish Gaelic Arming Sword

The Gaelic Norse Arming Sword has a tempered blade with a shallow hollow grind for weight reduction without loss of strength. The blade is hand-forged from C60 high carbon steel – a steel with properties similar to 1060 high carbon steel.

The crossguard and pommel are handcrafted from steel and the well-contoured grip is wood with a leather binding. The scabbard is crafted from wood and overlaid in tight leather.
